Kelly runs boutique 1-1 and 2-1 swimming tuition out of Bedhampton — open to anyone, but she's particularly good with neurodivergent and anxious swimmers who haven't clicked with a normal group class. Her method's called 'Breathe, Float, Swim,' three stages, nothing rushed. I'm building the site — and the booking flow — around that structure rather than bolting it on afterwards.

10 August 2026 Kicked things off properly — development environment's set up and the stack's settled, so the actual groundwork can start. Not the exciting bit, but everything else gets built on top of it, so worth getting right before touching a single page. Done
11 August 2026 Logo's been fully remastered from scratch and signed off by Kelly — ready to go and now the visual anchor for everything else being built around it. Done 
17 August 2026 "Digital Kelly" is finished and signed off — a cartoon mascot version of Kelly for the site. Real photos of children are off the table for safeguarding reasons, so the mascot gives the site a friendly, personal face without needing any actual photography. Done 
25 August 2026 Development's live and the homepage's first draft is underway — building Digital Kelly and the site's structure into an actual working page now, rather than working in the abstract. In Progress
