Tote — Mac App Design & Build

Tote is my own project: a free little Mac app that I designed, built and launched myself. Start dragging a file, give the mouse a quick shake, and a floating tote pops up under your cursor. Drop files in from anywhere, then drag them all out in one go. I made it because the paid apps that do this were more hassle than they were worth. The app is written in Swift and has its own icon and brand. I also built the website at gettote.app, with a news section, a changelog and a privacy page, plus update checks inside the app so people always know when there's a new version. It launched on 19 October 2026, free to download, with an optional Ko-fi tip jar. Windows and Linux versions are next.
